Using Bread Flour in place of All-Purpose Flour.? - substituting all purpose for bread flour

We have a lot of dough for a bread machine is not simply used quickly enough. I would like to learn more about the replacement of bread flour in the recipes to know that require all-purpose flour.

Bread flour is an all purpose flour - made specially made for the production of gluten - which makes the dough elastic and allows to increase, but brings other baked goods difficult. (On the other hand, the cakes made from wheat and gluten developed very little. Wholemeal flour is in the middle.) If a recipe calls for a minimum of mixing (not only with a whip or stir until the mixture) should be in be able to use bread flour and the mixture is that which develops the gluten. So do not use to bake cakes, but I could use it to make pancakes or muffins that moves rather than only on the left side and lumpy. Good luck with that.
